    We're so happy you asked! Check out the story about our founder, Jana, over on her About page.

    All of our pieces are handmade in the Pacific Northwest on Vancouver Island.

    Periodically we post photos of the Island on our Instagram account. Come on over and follow us to see why we love this part of the world so much.

    Shipping & Returns

    Right now, we only ship within Canada and to the USA. However, we are in the works of expanding our destinations. Thanks for your patience! 

    We use a flat rate for shipping within Canada and to the USA. All items are shipped using Canada Post.

    Ready-to-ship items will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the order.

    Made-to-order items will take 2-4 weeks for production time.

    You'll receive an email once your order has been received by Canada Post.

    Shipping times vary widely depending on where you live, the time of year, border services (for USA shipments), and any other extenuating circumstances.
